摘 要:目的:确定博落回根、叶、果的最佳采收期及最佳产地初加工工艺。方法:采用RP.HPLC法同时测定各指标成分的含量。结果:实验数据表明博落回根、叶、果的最佳采收期分别为5月下旬、6月及8月下旬至9月上旬,从综合利用资源的角度出发,可在采集叶、果后再采收根。除博落回根外,不同干燥方式处理的博落回叶、果中各指标成分的含量无明显差异。结论:本研究表明博落回根、叶、果的最佳产地初加工工艺流程:最佳或适宜采收期采摘→净选→清洗或擦净→根、果荚45℃~65℃烘干、晒干,叶45℃烘干、阴干、晒干。Objective : Ascertain the best harvest time and preliminary processing method of the roots, leaves and fruits of Macleaya cordata ( Willd. ) R. Br. Methods: RP-HPLC was applied to quantify the index components simultaneously. Results: The data indicated that late May, June and late August to early September were suggested to be the best harvest time for the roots, leaves and the fruits. To comprehensively utilize M. cordata, the leaves and fruits should harvest firstly, and then the roots. The contents of M. cordata leaves and fruits dried in the above methods had no obvious difference except the roots. The best drying method was stove at 45 ℃, and the sum of index components of the roots dried at 45 ℃ was 1.52 times higher than dried at 85 ℃. Conclusion: This study indicated that the best preliminary processing procedures: harvesting at appropriate time → selecting → washing or wiping the roots and fruits may properly stove at 45 ℃ -65℃ or drying in the sun, and the leaves may properly stove at 45 ℃, stove in the sun or dry in the shade.
