摘　　要：目的:当归挥发油水蒸气蒸馏法提取工艺采用正交试验法进行优化研究。方法:以得油率为指标,以液料比、蒸馏时间、氯化钠用量为因素进行正交试验。结果:得出最佳提取工艺为液料比6∶1,蒸馏时间8 h,氯化钠用量为当归的1/5,得油率可达0.4%。结论:工艺合理,方法简便易行,结果可靠。Objective： To study volatile oil extraction process from Angelica sinensis by orthogonal experiment. Methods： Using the oil rate as an index, the dosage of solvent, the extraction time, and the dosage of sodium chloride as the orthogonal factors. Results： The optimum extraction process as follows： six times volumes water, extracting time 8 h, the dosage of sodium chloride being one fifth of the medicine, the oil rate was of 0. 4%. Conclusion： The extraction process is reasonable, feasible and stable.
