摘　　要：目的：考察金泽冠心软胶囊的溶出度，对其生物利用等效性进行评估。方法：采用《中国药典》2010年版二部附录xc第二法，以稀盐酸溶液（9→1000）为溶出介质，转速：50r·min^-1，检测波长：208nm^-1结果：23．乙酰泽泻醇B在进样量0．7312～2．9248μg线性关系良好（r=0．9999）；平均加样回收率为99．16％，RSD=0．55％（n=6）。结论：金泽冠心软胶囊可以满足生物利用的要求，制备工艺合理稳定。Objective： To investigate the dissolution rateof Jinze Guanxin Soft Capsule. Methods： The dissolution of Jinze Guanxin Soft Capsule was determined by HPLC according to the second method of appendix X C in ChP 2010, the detection wavelength 208 nm, the rotation speed 50 r·min^-1, using hydrochloric acid（9--q 000） as dissolution medium. Results： The linear range of Jinze Guanxin Soft Capsule together was from 0. 731 2-2. 924 8 μg （ r = 0. 999 9 ） and the average recovery was 99. 16% with RSD 0. 55% （ n = 6） . Conclusion： Jinze Guanxin Soft Capsule can be orally taken.
