摘  要:目的:建立不同产地、不同采收期前胡药材中白花前胡甲素和白花前胡乙素的HPLC含量测定方法,为其药材的质量评价和资源合理利用提供科学依据.方法:Diamonsil C18色谱柱(2)(4.6 mm ×250 mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-水(75∶25),流速为1.0 mL·min-1,柱温30℃,检测波长为321nm,以白花前胡甲素、白花前胡乙素为对照品.结果:白花前胡甲素、白花前胡乙素质量浓度在0.5 ~40 mg·L-1线性关系良好,相关系数为l,平均回收率为102.15%,RSD 0.82%.结论:不同产地、不同采收期前胡药材中白花前胡甲素和白花前胡乙素存在一定差异.江西产前胡药材质量好,江西产栽培品与野生品的内在成分相近,质优.Objective:To establish a HPLC method for determination the content of Peucedani Radix in different habitat and different harvest of the praeruptorin A and B,to provide a scientific basis for the quality evaluation and the reasonable utilization of resources.Method:The chromatographic column was Diamonsil C18(2) (4.6 mm ×250 mm,5 μ m),mobile phase of methanol-water (75∶ 25),the flow rate was 1.0 mL ·min-1,the column temperature was 30 ℃,the detection wavelength was 321 nm,and Pd-Ia,Pd-Ib were used as the control.Result:The praeruptorin A and B have a good linear relationship between the concentration of 0.5-40mg ·L-1,there are some differences between different habitat and different harvest of the praeruptorin A and B in Peucedani Radix.The coefficient of correlation for the regression equation were 1.Conclusion:The quality of Peucedani Radix in Jianxi Province was excellent,the quality was almost the same for wild and cultivated Peucedani Radix in Jianxi Province.
