摘 要:智能化井下工具是未来油气田中工具研发和设计的必然发展方向,而智能化井下工具的研发涉及多学科相结合,因此,工具研发设计过程中会形成设计方案的非唯一性。为选择最优方案,克服不确定语言型信息不宜进行量化分析且主观性较强的弱点,将不确定语言多属性决策方法引入到智能化井下工具的方案设计和决策评价中。首先分析了设计方案多样化的原因,建立了针对智能化井下工具设计方案的多属性评价体系。然后,详细阐述了设计方案的评价方法、语言集结算子的选择以及评价方法的步骤。最后,以智能化井下节流器的设计方案评价作为实例,在特定属性集条件下,对各方案进行语言型评价,得到方案集的多属性评估矩阵,再引入不确定拓展有序加权平均算子(UEOWA)和可能度公式,计算出方案的排序顺序,从而得到特定属性集综合影响下的相对最优方案。所提出的设计方案评价方法能够为井下工具以及其他开发设计方案的有效性和客观性评价提供科学的可操作方法和思路。Intelligent downhole tools contribute a lot to the inevitable development and design direction of completion technologies in the future oil and gas fields. Their research and development involves multidisciplinary design optimization, which results in the non-uniqueness of design proposals. In order to select the optimal one and overcome the weakness of uncertain language-type information which is unsuitable for quantitative analysis and is of strong subjectivity, a method called uncertain language multi-attribute decision- making was applied to the proposal design and determination of intelligent downhole tools. Through the analysis of reasons for design proposal diversification, a multi attribute evaluation system was obtained, followed by the detailed description of proposal evaluation criteria, selection of language aggregation operator, as well as proposal evaluation procedures. Finally with the evaluation of intelli- gent downhole throttle design proposals given as an example, a multi-tribute evaluation matrix was further obtained based on the lan guage assessment of different proposals under specific attribute or attribute set. Then, the sort order in the proposals was worked out by using the Uncertain Expansion Order Weighting Average (UEOWA) operator and the formula of possibility degree, further a comparative reasonable one influenced by the specific property set was finally selected. The evaluation method proposed in this paper provides a scientific approach for the evaluation of validity and objectivity for downhole tools and other design proposals.
