摘 要:为研究连作对棉花物质积累及主茎功能叶主要生理生化性状的影响,本试验于20112012年在保定高阳县硕丰农场,设连作(8~9年)和非连作处理,研究棉花干物质积累、分配和主茎功能叶的可溶性蛋白、可溶性糖、丙二醛、脯氨酸、SOD酶活性和POD酶活性等生理生化指标。结果表明:相对于非连作棉田,连作棉田植株干物质积累降低,主茎功能叶可溶性蛋白含量相差不显著,可溶性糖含量降低,脯氨酸和丙二醛含量升高;POD酶活性升高;SOD酶活性降低。说明连作降低了棉花干物质的积累,降低了主茎功能叶生理活性和膜结构稳定性,不利于光合作用和产量的形成。此结果可为消除或缓解棉田连作障碍提供理论依据。Explored the impact of continuous cropping of dry matter accumulation and physiological and biochemical indicators of cotton, provided the basis for the elimination or mitigation of continuous cropping obstacles. Set cropping(8-9 years) and non-cropping treatment, conducted in Shuofeng farm of Gaoyang Baoding in 2011-2012. Researched the dry matter accumulation, distribution and the physiological and biochemical indicators of cotton function leaf: the soluble protein content, soluble sugar content, proline content, malondialdehyde content, peroxidase and superoxide dismutase activity. The result showed that: dry matter accumulation of the plant in continuous cropping decreased, difference of soluble protein content between continuous cropping and non-cropping is not obvious, the soluble sugar content of continuous cropping decreased, the proline content increased, malondialdehyde content increased, peroxidase activity increased, superoxide dismutase activity decreased. Continuous cropping decreased the dry matter accumulation, the physiological activity and membrane structure stabili- ty of cotton function leaf, decreased the photosynthesis and yield formation.
