摘  要:为了解匍枝委陵菜(Potentilla flagellaris)对水分胁迫的适应性,研究了水分胁迫下匍枝委陵菜形态学指标变化,土壤含水量,超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性、过氧化物酶(POD)活性、丙二醛(MDA)、膜相对透性以及可溶性蛋白含量的变化。水涝胁迫40d后,POD、SOD、相对电导率、MDA含量比对照分别高出31.19%,21.05%,24.58%,29.46%;干旱胁迫下,SOD和POD活性则呈现上升后下降的趋势,40d时,POD、SOD、相对电导率、MDA含量比对照分别高出60.51%,33.33%,61.48%,64.70%。综合指标分析认为,匍枝委陵菜对水分胁迫具有较强的忍耐能力,且其耐涝性优于耐旱性。To investigate the reaction and adaptation of Potentilla flagellaris under water stress, the morphological indexes variation, together with water content of soil, superoxide dismutase (SOD), peroxidase (POD), malondialdehyde (MDA), relative permeability of membrane, and content of soluble protein under water stress were researched. Results showed that under waterlogging stress, the POD, SOD, relative conductivity, and MDA con- tent were 31.19%, 21.05%, 24.58%, and 29.46% higher respectively than that of control after 40 days of treatment. Under drought stress, the activities of SOD and POD showed an in- crease first and then a decrease trend. After 40 days of drought treatment, the POD, SOD, relative conductivity, and MDA content were 60.51%, 33.33%, 61.48%, and 64.70% higher respectively than the control. In conclusion, P. flagellaris has strong tolerance to water stress, and the waterlogging tolerance is better than the drought tolerance.
