摘　　要：目的 探讨地震发生后国家级医疗救援队紧急出动、实施救援的组织与工作方法.方法 回顾分析＂9·7＂云南彝良及＂4·20＂四川芦山地震后解放军总后勤部派出的国家级医疗救援队的救援工作.结果 圆满完成了彝良县地震伤员救治任务,以及后送至昭通市中医院的伤员专科手术,开展了对当地医院的技术帮带.结论 建设常备兼职专业医疗救援队是应对非战争军事行动卫勤保障的有效手段.Objective To discuss the whole progressing organization and execution of dispatch and rescue since China Medical Rescue Team receives the emergency rescue mission after an earthquake. Methods We reviewed and analyzed the rescue mission of ＂9-7＂ Yiliang earthquake of Yunnan province and ＂4 ＂20＂ Lushan earthquake of Sichuan. Results The earthquake rescue mission has been accomplished in Yiliang county. We took specialist surgery on earthquake injured person in Zhaotong and developed a technique assistance relationship with the local hospital. Conclusion A professional medical rescue team which is always prepared is an effective way to deal with the military operation other than war.
