摘  要:面对先进材料需求广泛,其材料制备和创新产品制造过程中涉及的力学和成形性能发生了较大的变化,应用先进检测技术研究先进材料势在必行;研究了先进检测技术的分类、区别和应用范围,分析了用于先进材料检测过程中存在的科学问题和主要内容;以欧盟设计注册委员会设计的标准弯曲试样为测试标准论证了先进检测技术在先进材料性能检测方面的应用,结果证明了先进检测技术应用在先进材料方面的可行性。Facing widely requirements of advanced material, a lot of changes on mechanics and formability of their material preparation and innovative products have taken place during the process of manufacturing, and the research of advanced detection technology applied on advanced materials was imperative. The classification, difference and their application scope of advanced detection technology were studied, the scientific issues and the main content existed in the process of advanced materials testing were analyzed. The standardized bend specimens designed by European Design Registration Committee were taken as test samples to demonstrate the performance of the advanced testing technology applied in advanced materials. The feasibility was proved that advanced testing technology is applied in the field of advanced materials.
