摘 要:根据铝型材挤压流动模型的特点,提出了一种适用于有限体积法铝型材挤压数值模拟系统的六面体网格划分算法。该算法可以依据模型的几何尺寸定义相应的网格尺寸和疏密程度,实现用尽量少的单元捕捉和拟合模型的所有几何特征,保证了网格数量和网格质量的平衡。最终,利用开发的六面体网格划分算法,对方孔铝型材挤压系统模型进行了网格划分,与Hypermesh的网格划分结果相比,网格单元数由88079减少为20126,从而有利于提高数值计算效率。According to the characteristics of aluminum profile extrusion flow model, a type of hexahedral meshing algorithm for aluminum profile extrusion numerical simulation system with the finite volume method was developed. Based on this algorithm, the grid size and density could be defined according to the geometric dimensions of the model. Therefore, all the geometric features of the numerical model could be captured and fitted using the grid number as little as possible, and the balance of grid number and grid quality was ensured. Finally, the numerical model for a square-hole aluminum profile extrusion system was meshed using the developed hexahedral meshing algorithm. By comparing with the mesh model obtained using Hypermesh, the grid number is reduced from 88079 to 20126, which means that the developed hexahedral meshing algorithm is very helpful for improving the numerical calculation efficiency.
