摘　　要：洋金花别名曼陀罗花,具有镇静麻醉、镇痛抗炎等药理作用。洋金花具有一定毒性,其安全用药及质量检测备受关注,尤其是近十余年来有关方面的报道逐渐增多。本文综述洋金花的药效物质基础化学成分研究近况,梳理分析检测技术应用及操作方法条件,并补充简报洋金花的性状鉴别图谱和液相色谱-质谱联用定性定量分析方法,为洋金花质量检测及安全用药监控提供参考。Flos Daturae,alias mandragon and thorn apple,is toxic and has the functions of tranquilizing and allaying excitement,ant allergic and anti-inflamatory effect.Owing to its toxicity,Flos Daturae deserves much attention to its safety use and quality.In fact,the number of papers concerning the use and analysis of Flos Daturae keeps increasing over the past ten years.This article aims at reviewing the recent research work on the pharmacodynamic material basis-chemical composition of Flos Daturae,and detection technology application and operation conditions of carding analysis.In particular,this article provides supplementary information on qualitative and quantitative analysis of the herb using mass spectrometry techniques,which will serve as references for safety monitoring and quality control of Flos Daturae.
