温脾通络开窍汤治疗老年性痴呆痰浊阻窍证患者40例临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨温脾通络开窍汤治疗老年性痴呆痰浊阻窍证患者的临床疗效。方法将80例老年性痴呆患者随机分为观察组和对照组各40例。观察组予温脾通络开窍汤治疗,每日1剂,共8周;对照组予口服盐酸多奈哌齐片,每日睡前口服5mg,连服4周后改为10mg,再连服4周。治疗前后检测两组患者血浆同型半胱氨酸(Hcy),进行简明精神状态量表(MMSE)评分,观察临床症状评价临床疗效。结果观察组总有效率为87.50%,对照组为77.50%,观察组明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后MMSE积分、Hcy浓度均明显改善(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后MMSE积分、Hcy浓度均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论温脾通络开窍汤能改善老年性痴呆痰浊阻窍证患者的临床症状及神经功能缺损程度,疗效确切。Objective To study the therapeutic effect of Spleen- Warming, Network Vessels-Preeing and Orifices-Opening Formula （SNOF） for Alzheimer＇s disease （AD）. Methods Eighty cases of AD were randomized into the observation group and control group, with 40 in each. The observation group was given SNOF one dose daily for 8 weeks. The control group was given 5mg donepezil hydrochloride tablets once daily at bedtime for 4 weeks and then 10mg for 4 weeks. The plasma homocys teine （Hcy） was detected, mini-mental state examination （MMSE） scores were calculated and clinical symptoms were observed before and after treatment. The efficacy was evaluated after treatment. Results The total effective rate of the observation group and control group was 87.50% and 77.50% respectively, with a significant difference between groups （P〈0.05）. The MMSE scores and the concentrations of Hcy were significantly improved in both groups after treatment （P〈0.05）, especially in the observation group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion SNOF is effective for AD. It can relieve clinical symptoms and neurological deficit in AD patients with phlegm-turbidity obstructing orifices pattern by decreasing the concentration of Hcy and increasing the MMSE score obviously.
