生肌玉红膏外用治疗下肢慢性溃疡127例临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察生肌玉红膏治疗慢性下肢溃疡的疗效及作用机理。方法将257例下肢慢性溃疡患者随机分为治疗组127例与对照组130例,治疗组外用生肌玉红膏,对照组外用凡士林油纱布,两组疗程均为4周。观察两组患者创面肉芽生长状况、创面疼痛评分并进行安全性评价。结果治疗组治疗后第7、14、21、28天溃疡深度、肉芽颜色、覆盖面积均较治疗1天明显降低(P<0.05);对照组治疗后第21、28天溃疡深度、肉芽颜色、覆盖面积均较治疗前1天明显降低(P<0.05)。治疗后第21、28天治疗组在溃疡深度、肉芽颜色、覆盖面积较对照组明显改善(P<0.05)。两组治疗后创面疼痛评分均较本组治疗前明显降低(P<0.01);两组治疗后治疗组创面疼痛评分明显低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论生肌玉红膏可以通过改善创面微循环与促进肉芽生长来减轻下肢慢性溃疡患者患肢疼痛。Objective To observe the therapeutic effect and mechanism of Shengji Yuhong Paste （Flesh-Engendering Jade and Red Paste） for chronic leg ulcers. Methods Totally 257 cases of chronic leg ulcers were randomized into the treatment group and control group, with 127 and 130 in each. Shengji Yuhong Paste and Vaseline gauze was externally used in the treatment group and control group respectively. The treatment lasted for 4 weeks. The growth condition of wound granulation was observed, wound pain was scored and safety was evaluated. Results Comparing with one day before treatment, the ulcer depth, granulation color and coverage area were significantly decreased in the treatment group on the 7th, 14th, 21st and 28th day after treatment （P〈0.05）. Comparing with one day before treatment, the ulcer depth, granulation color and coverage area were significantly decreased in the control group on the 21st and 28th day after treatment （P〈0.05）. Comparing with the control group, the ulcer depth, granulation color and coverage area were significantly decreased in the treatment group on the 21st and 28th day after treatment （P〈0.05）. The scores of wound pain were significantly decreased in both groups after treatment （P〈0.01）, especially in the treatment group （P〈0.01 ）. Conclusion Shengji Yuhong Paste can relieve limb pain in chronic leg ulcers patients by improving microcirculation and promoting granulation growth of wound.
