摘 要:为了有效地反映质量功能展开中不精确和不清楚的信息,提出了基于混合语言变量的工程特性优先度确定方法。首先,评估成员采用确定的语言变量给出顾客需求与工程特性的关联强度评估矩阵,进而集结评估成员的相对重要度和顾客需求的重要度,通过计算偏差得到工程特性的基本优先度;其次,评估成员利用不确定的语言变量判断各项工程特性的竞争现状,得到各项工程特性的竞争优先度;最后,将基本优先度和竞争优先度合成,确定各项工程特性的综合优先度。以长袋低压脉冲除尘器的新产品设计为例,证明了该方法的可行性和实用性。In order to reflect the uncertainty and fuzziness in quality function deployment effectively,a mixed linguistic variable-based method to determine the priority rating of the engineering characteristics was proposed.Firstly,certain linguistic variable was suggested to evaluate the relationship values of customer requirements and engineering characteristics,then the basic priority rating of engineering characteristics was obtained by integrating with the weights of estimators and customer requirements.Secondly,according to the competitive performance evaluations of each engineering characteristics,uncertain linguistic variable was presented to determine the competitive priority rating.Finally,based on combination of the basic priority rating and the competition priority rating,the integrated priority rating of engineering characteristics was determined.A case study of the long bag and low pressure impulse precipitator was provided to prove the feasibility and practicability of this method.
