摘  要:为解决沪杭高铁16 800t转体拱桥承台设计复杂的问题,提出一种转体施工群桩承台计算的新方法——锥形面空间拉压杆模型:基于拉压杆构型理论,以承台顶面荷载作用点为中心,将处于不同半径上的桩分组,形成若干构形简单的锥形面空间拉压杆模型。根据桩基反力随承台相对变化的一般规律,推导了不同锥形面之间荷载分配的计算公式,提出了承台破坏模式及承载能力预测的方法。将该计算方法与4个缩尺比例为1∶10的九桩钢筋混凝土承台模型试验进行对比,验证了该方法的准确性。最后将该方法应用于沪杭高铁大吨位转体拱桥承台设计,工程应用表明该方法具有构形简单、计算方便、适用性强的特点,且计算结果可靠。To solve the complicated problems in the design of pile cap of a 16 800 t rotationally erected arch bridge on Shanghai-Hangzhou High-Speed Railway,a new method,the conic surface spatial strut-and-tie model (STM),for calculation of the group pile cap for the bridge rotational erection was proposed.The method was based on the theory of the STM configuration and in the method,the loading point at the top of the pile cap was taken as the centre,the piles on the different radii were divided into groups and several conic surface spatial STMs of simple configuration were hence formed.In terms of the general law that the reaction forces of the piles changed relatively with the pile cap,the formula for calculation of the load distribution among the different conic surfaces were derived and the prediction way of the failure modes and bearing capacity of the pile cap was given.The results of the calculation according to the proposed method were then compared to those of the tests of the 4 scale-down models of 1 ∶ 10 for the reinforced concrete nine-pile pile caps,the accuracy of the method was verified and the method was finally applied to the design of the pile cap of the large tonnage rotationally erected arch bridge on the Shanghai-Hangzhou High-Speed Railway.The practical engineering application of the method proves that the method has the characteristics of simple configuration,convenient calculation,good adaptability and also the reliable calculation results.
