时辰给药对豚鼠哮喘发作的影响

摘　　要：目的 对哮喘豚鼠选择最佳的中药给药时间，以充分发挥药效，提高治疗效果。方法 选择市售桂龙咳喘宁胶囊，将哮喘豚鼠随机分 5个实验组，观察各组豚鼠哮喘发作的情况。结果 于 21时 1次给药组较其他时间给药的方法好 (P0.05)。结论 应用中医阴阳理论， 21时给药方法能充分利用豚鼠体内昼夜阴阳节律，更好地发挥中药升阳抑阴的作用，起到事半功倍的治疗效果。To search the best time to administer drugs to guinea pigs with asthma for increasing therapeutic effect of the drugs. Methods:The guinea pigs with asthma in five groups were fed Guilong Kechuanling capsule at difference time,and asthma attacks in each group were observed. Results:The administration of drugs once daily at 21 o’ clock was better than at other time(P0.05). Conclusion:According to Yin- Yang theory of TCM,administration of drugs at 21 o’ clock full utilizes Yin- Yang rhythm of guinea pigs for raising efficiency of drugs in elevating the yang and inhibiting the yin.
