扶阳火艾灸对气虚血瘀型缺血性中风偏瘫肢体功能的影响

摘　　要：目的观察扶阳火艾灸对气虚血瘀型缺血性中风偏瘫肢体功能的影响。方法选择气虚血瘀型缺血性中风偏瘫患者90例,按随机数字表法随机分为扶阳组(扶阳火艾灸)、单纯组(单纯火艾灸)、常规组(常规治疗),每组30例,观察3组治疗前后中医证候、肢体功能及日常生活活动能力改善情况。结果 3组治疗方案在对改善气虚血瘀型缺血性中风患者的中医证候、肢体功能及日常生活活动能力方面均有效,扶阳组优于单纯组及常规组(P<0.01,P<0.05),单纯组优于常规组(P<0.01,P<0.05)。结论扶阳火艾灸可有效治疗气虚血瘀型缺血性中风病,可全面提高中风患者的生活质量。Objective To investigate the effect of yang fire-invigorating moxibustion on limb tunctlon in ischemlc stroke hemiplegia of qi deficiency and blood stasis type. Method Ninety patients with ischemic stroke hemiplegia of qi deficiency and blood stasis type were enrolled and allocated, using a random number table, to three groups： yang-invigorating （fire-invigorating moxibustion）, simple （fire moxibustion alone） and routine （routine treatment）, 30 cases each. TCM syndrome, limb function and activities of daily living were observed in the three groups before and after treatment. Result All protocols for the three groups effectively improved TCM syndrome, limb function and activities of daily living in the patients with ischemic stroke hemiplegia of qi deficiency and blood stasis type. They improved more in the yang-invigorating group than in the simple and routine groups （P〈 0,01, P〈0.05）, and more in the simple group than in the routine group （P〈0.01,P〈0.05）. Conclusion Yang fire-invigorating moxibustion can effectively treat stroke of qi deficiency and blood stasis type and all-sidedly improve the quality of life in stroke patients.
