经筋刺法加关节松动术治疗肩关节周围炎疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察经筋刺法加关节松动术治疗肩关节周围炎的临床疗效。方法治疗组42例患者采用经筋刺法加关节松动术治疗,对照组40例运用关节松动术治疗,两组均配合患肩功能锻炼,采用JOA肩关节疾患评分评价疗效,2个疗程后进行疗效观察。结果 2个疗程治疗后,治疗组JOA肩关节疾患评分为(92.21±5.71)分,对照组为(86.70±9.62)分,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论经筋刺法加关节松动术治疗肩关节周围炎具有显著疗效,优于单纯关节松动术治疗。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of acupuncture at muscle-region plus arthrolysis in treating periarthritis of shoulder. Method Forty-two patients in the treatment group were intervened by acupuncture at muscle-region plus arthrolysis, while forty patients in the control group were by arthrolysis. Patients in both groups were asked to perform functional exercises with the affected shoulder. The JOA on shoulder joint dysfunction was adopted to evaluate the therapeutic efficacy, and the efficacies were observed and compared after 2 treatment courses. Result After 2 treatment courses, The score was （92.21±5.71） in the treatment group, versus （86.70±9.62） in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.01）. Conclusion Acupuncture at muscle-region plus arthrolysis is significantly effective in treating periarthritis of shoulder, and it＇s superior to arthrolysis alone.
