隔姜灸配合中药治疗肝肾不足型斑秃疗效观察  

Observations on the Efficacy of Ginger Moxibustion plus Chinese Herbal Medicine in Treating Alopecia Areata of Liver-kidney Deficiency Type

摘　　要：目的观察隔姜灸配合中药治疗肝肾不足型斑秃的临床疗效。方法将78例肝肾不足型斑秃患者随机分为治疗组40例、对照组38例,治疗组采用隔姜灸配合中药口服治疗,对照组采用养血生发胶囊口服,并配合外搽生发酊。两组均分别于1个月、2个月、3个月各观察疗效1次。结果治疗组总有效率为95.0%,对照组总有效率为76.3%,两组疗效比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);在斑秃皮损区评分方面,治疗组治疗1个月、2个月、3个月均较治疗前有显著下降(P<0.05,P<0.01);对照组治疗2个月、3个月也较治疗前显著下降(P<0.01);治疗组治疗2个月、3个月斑秃皮损区评分显著低于对照组(P<0.01),说明治疗组起效时间早于对照组,且疗效优于对照组。结论隔姜灸配合中药治疗斑秃疗效确切。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of ginger moxibustion plus Chinese herbal medicine in treating alopecia areata of liver-kidney deficiency type. Method Seventy-eight patients with alopecia areata of liver-kidney deficiency type were randomly allocated to a treatment group of 40 cases and a control group of 38 cases. The treatment group received ginger moxibustion plus oral administration of Chinese herbal medicine and the control group, oral administration of Yangxue Shengfa capsules plus external application of Shengfa tincture. The therapeutic effects were evaluated in the two groups after one, two and three months of treatment. Result The total efficacy rate was 95.0% in the treatment group and 76.3% in the control group. There was a statistically significant difference in therapeutic effect between the two groups （P〈0.05）. The alopecia areata scalp score decreased significantly in the treatment group after one, two and three months of treatment compared with before （P〈0.05,P〈0.01）. The score also decreased significantly in the control group after two and three months of treatment compared with before （P〈 0.01）. The score decreased significantly more in the treatment group after two and three months of treatment than in the control group （P〈 0.01）, indicating that the time to produce the effect was earlier and the therapeutic effect was better in the treatment group than in the control group. Conclusion Ginger moxibustion plus Chinese herbal medicine has a positive therapeutic effect on alopecia areata.
