摘 要:目的:调查分析"知信行"模式对社区自我注射胰岛素的糖尿病患者进行健康教育的效果,为实施社区健康教育提供依据。方法:随机选取社区78例自我注射胰岛素的糖尿病患者进行健康教育及实施教育前后的问卷调查。结果:实施健康教育后患者自我注射胰岛素知识掌握情况较好,其差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:可将"知信行"模式运用于社区开展健康教育,以增强其效果。To survey and analyze the effect of health education based on "Knowlege, Attitude and Practice" (KAP) for com- munity diabetes patients with insulin injections and provide basis for the implementation of community health education. Methods Randomly selected 78 cases of community insulin diabetes patients with insulin self - injection for health education, and the ques- tionnaire was used before and after the implementation of education. Results The effect of acquiring knowledge was good after health education for patients with insulin self - injection, and the difference was statistically significant (P 〈 0. 05).
