摘 要:首先给出了气体静压轴承承载能力及刚度随偏心量变化曲线;并在此基础上应用动力学仿真软件仿真了静不平衡、主轴铅垂度误差以及二者综合作用下的精密离心机主轴运动模式及其引起的径向回转误差和失准角。研究表明,当静不平衡与回转中心在同一水平面内时,精密离心机主轴做圆柱运动;静不平衡量存在轴向偏移或存在主轴铅垂度误差时,主轴做圆锥运动,并且失准角随静不平衡量和铅垂度误差增大而增大;二者综合作用时主轴做圆锥运动,引起的径向回转误差和失准角由二者共同决定。研究结果有助于验证前人对精密离心机主轴运动模式的理论分析,并计算不同工况下径向回转误差和失准角。Firstly,in this paper the static gas bearing performance curve is given and based on which the spindle moving model and the runout and wobble of the precision centrifuge considering the static unbalance,spindle verticality error and their comprehensive effect are simulated dynamic simulation software.The research shows that if the static unbalance and the rotating center are in the same level,they the spindle rotates in a cylindrical motion; and if if the static unbalance has exial offset or the spindle has verticality error,then the spindle rotates in a comical motion,and the leveling angle varies with the static unbalance and the verticality error; and in the comprehensive effect of both the static unbalance and the spindle verticatity error,the spindle will also rotates in conical motion,but the runout and wobble will be determined by both the factors.The results will be helpful to verify the theoretical research about the spindle movement by former researchers,and to compute the runout and the wobble in different situations.
