摘　　要：建设社会主义新农村与发展乡村生态旅游是相互促进、内在统一的关系,对两者互动发展研究,可以寻求新农村建设的可行实现路径,理清乡村生态旅游的发展思路。我国乡村生态旅游已呈现出多参与主体、多产品类型发展新格局,但也存在着项目建设盲目、相应政策法规缺失、基础设施不完善、产品缺乏文化内涵、生态破坏日益严重等问题,影响其自身可持续发展,也阻碍了我国新农村建设的顺利进行。因此构建两者互动发展模式,研究在新农村建设背景下乡村生态旅游发展这一层面尤为重要。应以新农村建设为契机,为乡村生态旅游发展提供指导,构建资源环境—经济发展—管理监控—社区参与互动发展模式,加强政府引导、完善基础设施建设、提升农民综合素质、培育生态文化品牌、构建生态宜居农村环境,最终实现我国乡村生态旅游与新农村建设的互动持续发展。Building a new socialist countryside and the development of rural ecotourism are mutual promotion and internal unity. To study on interactive development between them, you can search for a new rural construction feasible implementation path, clarifying rural ecotourism development ideas. Rural ecotourism has presented more participation main body and more product type development in a new layout, but there are also serious problems, such as projects blindly, lacking of corresponding policies and regulations, inadequate infrastructure, product lacking of culture connotation, increasingly serious ecological damage, affecting its sustainable development and hindering the smooth progress of the new rural construction in our country. Thus to build the interactive development model and research rural ecotourism development under the background of new rural construction are particularly important. Should be based on the new rural construction as an opportunity to provide guidance for the development of rural ecotourism and construct the model of resources and environment, economic development, management and monitoring, community interactive development. Strengthen government guidance, improving the infrastructure construction, enhancing the overall quality of farmers, cultivating ecological culture brand, building ecological livable rural environment, and finally realizing the interactive sustainable development between ecological tourism and new rural construction.
