摘 要:浮选药剂生产废水COD浓度极高,采用微波强化絮凝法对此类废水进行预处理,以有效降低后续生物处理单元的负荷。通过实验研究了该方法的处理效果及影响因素,探讨了相应的反应机理。结果表明:在进水pH为7,自制絮凝剂聚硅酸铝铁投加量为80 mg/L,微波功率为500 W,辐照时间为1.5 min的最佳条件下,废水COD、色度和浊度的去除率分别高达43.6%、93.3%和91.7%,与单一絮凝法相比,其絮凝沉降时间大幅减少,COD去除率提高了将近1倍,可生化性明显提高。The wastewater from flotation reagent production has very high COD concentration. In order to reduce organic load in the subsequent bio-treatments,a study on the pretreatment by microwave-enhanced flocculation has been carried out. Its treatment efficiency and influencing factors are investigated, and the corresponding reaction mechanism is discussed. The results show that the removing rates of COD is 72.6%, chromaticity 93.3% and turbidity 91.7%, under the optimal conditions as follows : pH is 7, dosing quantity of homemade PSFA 80 rag/L, microwave ra- diation power 500 W, and microwave radiation time 1.5 min. Compared with the traditional flocculation, the reaction time and settling time of the microwave-enhanced flocculation are greatly reduced, the removing rate of COD nearly doubled, and the biodegradability is obviously improved.
