摘 要:针对聚甲醛废水的水质特点,提出了增效催化臭氧化的深度处理工艺。选用某聚甲醛企业废水处理的生化出水做为试验研究对象,首先对废水进行预处理,然后在投加助剂增效的条件下,进行了催化臭氧化试验研究。试验结果表明,当原水CODQ为98-150mg/L时,经增效催化臭氧化处理后的出水CODCr≤50mg/L,达到了《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB18918-2002)一级标准A标准的要求。Based on the characteristics of poly-formaldehyde (POM) wastewater,an advanced treatment process of synergistic ozone catalytic oxidation has been put forward. The biochemical effluent of a POM plant is the object of this experimental study. In the first place, the wastewater should be pretreated. And then in the case of adding auxiliary for enhancing the effect,the research on ozone catalytic oxidation has been carried out. The results show that the CODc, of raw water is from 98 to 150 rag/L, but after it is treated by ozone catalytic oxidation the CODcr of effluent is less than or equal to 50 mg/L, reaching the Standard A, Grade One of the Discharge Standard of Pollutants for Urban Wastewater Treatment Plant(GB 18918--2002).
