摘 要:为观察补肾益智方对D -半乳糖合并Meynert基底核损毁的Alzheimer病 (Alzheimerdisease,AD)模型大鼠学习记忆的影响 ,分别用高、低剂量补肾益智方灌胃治疗 4周后 ,进行Morris水迷宫学习记忆检测 ,并与正常组、模型组和阳性对照组比较。结果显示 :补肾益智方高、低剂量灌胃组大鼠逃避潜伏期比模型组缩短(P<0 .0 5 ) ,原平台象限游泳时间及围绕平台 40cm环内游泳时间较模型组明显延长 (P <0 .0 5或P <0 .0 1 ) ,与正常组和阳性对照药石杉碱甲灌胃组无明显差异 (P >0 .0 5 )。提示补肾益智方对AD模型大鼠的学习记忆能力障碍有改善作用。The effect of Bushen Yizhi Decoction (BYD) on learning and memory of Alzheimer disease (AD) rat model was examined. AD rat model was established by intraperitoneral injection of D-galactose combined with injury of nucleus basalis Meynert (nbM). Morris water maze was used to assess the capacity of learning and memory. The results were as follows: the escape latencies were shortened in BYD groups (6 g·kg -1 ·d -1 or 3 g·kg -1 ·d -1 respectively)as compared with model group (P<0.05), and swimming times in platform quadrant and 40cm annulus were prolonged in BYD groups and model group (P<0.05 or P<0.01). It is indicated that the impaired learning and memory of AD model rats could be partially improved by administration of BYD.
