肝复乐对D-半乳糖胺所致小鼠肝损伤的影响

摘　　要：小鼠一次灌胃 (ip)D -半乳糖胺 (D -AG ,650mg/kg) ,可使BALb/c小鼠血清谷丙转氨酶 (ALT)活性升高 ,总胆红素 (TBIL)含量增加 ,肝细胞炎性细胞浸润并出现变性坏死。肝复乐能使D -AG小鼠模型血清ALT活性下降、血清TBIL含量降低、肝组织的病理变化明显减轻 ,这表明肝复乐对肝组织损伤具有一定保护作用。BAL b/c mice model with hepatic injury were prepared by intraperitoneal injection of 650 mg/kg of d-aminogalactose. In the model, the activity of serum ALT and the content of total bilirubin (TB) were increased, and infiltration of inflammatory cell, and degenerative necrosis of liver cells occurred. Ganfule Tablet can reduce the activity of serum ALT, decrease the serum TB content and lessen the pathologic changes of liver tissue.It is indicated that Ganfule Tablet can protect the liver from damage induced by d-aminogalactose.
