舒心口服液对急性心肌损伤的保护作用

摘　　要：采用静脉注射垂体后叶素或皮下注射异丙肾上腺素造成小鼠或大鼠急性缺血、缺氧性心肌损伤 ,并以舒心口服液治疗。结果表明 :舒心口服液能对抗垂体后叶素引起的心电图S -T段下移 ,提高小鼠耐缺氧能力 ,HE染色显示能减轻大鼠心肌组织损伤程度 ,降低大鼠血清丙二醛、磷酸肌酸激酶、乳酸脱氢酶 (LDH)及LDH1含量 ,增加LDH2 /LDH1的比值。The acute ischemic and anoxic myocardial injury in mice and rats was induced by intravenous injection of pituitrin or subcutaneous injection of isoproterenol, and the effect of Shuxin Oral Liquid was observed. The results showed that Shuxin Ora1 Liquid can counteract the pituitrin-induced ST segment depression of ECG in rats, increase the anoxic tolerance of myocardium in mice, reduce the myocardial damage in rats (shown in HE staining), decrease the serum contents of malonydialdehyde (MDA), creatine phosphokinase (CPK), lactic dehydrogenase (LDH) and LDH 1, and increase LDH 2/LDH 1 ratio in rats.
