摘 要:研究百合试管鳞茎的增殖培养,探讨百合试管鳞茎增殖的最佳培养方法 ,为百合生产提供技术支撑。结果表明:0.5 mg/L 6-BA结合1.0 mg/L NAA对百合试管鳞茎增殖效果最好;不同培养方式对百合试管鳞茎增殖效果有明显差异,液体培养方式增殖效果好;鳞茎增殖系数与培养时间呈一定的相关性。液体培养14 d较好,鳞茎数量多,且无褐变现象;液体培养基pH值以5.6为宜,不同基因型百合鳞茎增殖率差异显著。在本试验所用的3个百合品种中,‘索蚌’(Sorboune)增殖效果优于‘元帅’(Acapulco)和‘西伯利亚’(Siberia)。Studies on the proliferation culture of in vitro lily bulb were conducted to find the best culture method for lily production.The results indicated that using the combination of 0.5 mg/L 6-BA and 1.0 mg/L NAA produced the best results.The proliferation effect of lily tube bulb in different cultivation method had obvious difference.The proliferation effect of liquid culture was better.The experiment also indicated that there were some correlations between the multiplication coefficient of bulbs and culture time.The number of bulbs was higher and without browning in the liquid culture medium for 14 days; the suitable pH value of the liquid culture medium was 5.6; the proliferation rate of lily bulb from different variaties displayed significant difference,among 3 lily cultivars used in the test,the rate of Sorboune was better than that of Acapulco and Siberia.
