Scanning Electron Microscopic Observations of Antennal Sensilla and Their Olfactory Responses in Fopius vandenboschi(Fullaway)

摘  要:在扫描电镜下观察布氏潜蝇茧蜂的触角感器,同时用Y形嗅觉仪测定该茧蜂对不同水果和桔小实蝇取食残渣的嗅觉行为反应。结果表明:该茧蜂雌虫有5种感器,为毛形感器、板状感器、腔锥形感器、蒲姆氏鬃和腔形感器,而雄虫少了腔锥形感器;该茧蜂雌、雄成虫对供试的8种水果果肉的选择性不一样,未交配的雌、雄及已交配的雌成虫对香蕉的挥发性物质表现出最强的选择性,而已交配雄成虫对芭乐的选择性最强,所有供试成虫对桃、橙的选择性最弱。龙眼、木瓜、杨桃及芒果的吸引力介于上述几种水果之间。桔小实蝇取食会影响该茧蜂对水果的趋性,趋性强弱顺序如下:桔小实蝇幼虫取食过的水果>鲜水果>桔小实蝇成虫产过卵的水果>桔小实蝇成虫取食过的水果。The antennal sensilla of the parasitoid Fopius vandenboschi(Fullaway) was observed under a scanning electronic microscope (SEM).The observation revealed that F.vandenboschi females has 5 types of antenna1 senilla,i.e.sensilla trichodea,sensilla placodea,sensilla ampullaceous,Bohm bristles and sensilla ampullaceous.Male F.vandenboschi adults have the senilla types mentioned above except sensilla ampullaceous.The olfactory responses by the adult parasitoid to fruit volatiles of 8 host plant species were also determined.The results indicated that female and male adults of F.vandenboschi presented different preference to the volatiles of tested fruits of 8 host plant species.Unmated females and males as well as mated females most preferred the smell of Musa paradisiacal The mated males most preferred Psidium guajava.They showed the least preference to Amygdalus persica and Citrus sinensis.Dimocarpus longgana,Chaenomeles sinensis,Averrhoa carambola and Mangifera indica showed medium attraction to the parasitoids compared to the 4 fruit species mention aboved.The attraction of host plants by F.vandenboschi was affected by the fly feeding,and reduced in the order:fruits eaten by the fly larvae>fresh fruits>fruits with the eggs ovipositted by the fly>fruits eaten by the fly adults.
