摘　　要：本文通过比较传统申请单与电子申请单应用流程的优缺点,并结合电子申请单在临床、预约和医技科室中的实际应用,阐述电子申请单在提升医院服务质量、促进医院科学管理中的作用。In comparison of the conventional medical examination application forms with the electronic ones, this paper takes practices of electronic medical examination application forms in the aspects of clinical applications and appointment in the corresponding departments into account, and demonstrates that the electronic ones play significant roles in enhancing service quality and improving scientific management in the hospital.
