摘　　要：医学技术的发展离不开高精尖的医疗设备。而大型医疗设备往往资金投入量大、使用运行成本高,对病人医疗费用的增长也有较大影响,因此必须进行购置前的可行性论证和分析。本文探讨大型医疗设备的使用效益包括经济效益和社会效益,公立医院应建立以社会效益为主的使用效益评价体系,以保障和促进医疗卫生事业的健康发展。Medical technologies could not be developed without high-quality and advanced medical equipment. Owing to the large capital investment, high operation costs and great impacts on increased patients＇ medical expenses that large medical equipment may cause, it is of necessity to analyze the feasibility of large medical equipment procurement in advance. The operation benefits of large medical equipment discussed in this paper, refer to economic benefits and social benefits. And the hospital should establish an operation evaluation system for the large medical equipment with focus on the social benefits so as to ensure that the medical course is developed in a health way.
