摘　　要：基于现代化医院的发展对医院设备管理工作提出的更高要求,本文通过总结和分析在执行采购合同条款、设备资产、档案及计量管理几个方面的管理流程,探讨如何建立各环节之间的有效联系,强调做好管理细节工作的重要性。希望通过加强对管理人员的再培训及尽快完善设备管理信息化,提高医院设备管理水平。Based on the higher requirements of medical equipment management resulting from development of the modernized hospital, this paper focuses on establishment of effective connections between management procedures including implementation of procurement contract provisions and management of equipment assets, files and measurement through summarization and analysis of those management procedures. Moreover, great importance is attached to management of detailed work. Medical equipment management will get improved through intensified retraining of management personnel and perfection of informatized equipment management.
