摘 要:采用火焰原子吸收光谱法测定了9家相同定量的包装卡纸中重金属离子的含量,通过能谱分析和显微镜观察分析了重金属离子含量较高的原因。结果表明,只有两家卡纸未检测出重金属离子,7家卡纸都不同程度地含有重金属离子,其中有两家重金属离子含量超出了欧盟标准的最高限;分析可知造纸原料本身和造纸助剂可能是造成重金属离子含量较高的主要原因;提出了控制卡纸中重金属离子含量的造纸工艺要求。Flame atomic absorption spectrometry (FAAS) was applied to determine the content of heavy metal ions of nine packaging paperboards and analyzed the causes of heavy metal ions content higher by energy dispersive spectrometer analysis and microscope observation. It was showed that only two paperboards did not detect heavy metal ions and seven paperboards differently contained heavy metals ions of which there were two that heavy metal ions content was beyond the top limit of European Union standards. Papermaking raw material itself and the additives were the main causes of heavy metal ions content higher, and put forward the process requirements in papermaking to control the heavy metal ions content.
