摘　　要：金融危机之后,在外需萎缩和劳动力成本迅速上升的双重压力下,沿海地区传统产业加快了向内地迁移的步伐。中西部地区面临承接转移产业的重大历史机遇。如何承接到适宜区域经济发展的产业,将关系到中西部地区未来经济发展走势。从成本因素、市场化程度、产业设施配套能力、经济外向度、技术创新能力、环境承载能力6个方面构建了产业承接能力评价指标体系,计算皖江城市带9个城市的产业承接能力指数。此外,利用该指数分析了产业承接能力对区域经济增长的作用,研究结果表明:产业承接能力每提高1%,则导致经济增长0.843%。因此,产业承接能力的提高对于皖江城市带经济增长的促进作用显著。培育产业承接能力,有利于中西部经济的崛起。After the financial crisis, the pace of traditional industries＇ migration to the Mainland accelerates under the double pres- sure of shrinking external demands and rapidly rising labor costs in coastal areas. The central and western regions face significant his- toric opportunity to undertake the transfer of industries. How to undertake the appropriate industries for regional economic development will influence the future trend of economic development in the central and western regions. This article establishes evaluation indicators system of industrial undertaking capacity to calculate the indicator of industrial undertaking capacity of nine cities in Wanjiang city belt from six aspects, including the cost factor, the market-oriented degree, industrial facilities supporting capacity, economic extrovertion, the ability of technological innovation, environmental carrying capacity. Then we analyze the effect it has on regional economic growth. The results indicate that the industrial undertaking capacity increasing every 1% will lead to 0.843% growth of economy,which means the ability to undertake industries in Wanjiang City belt plays a more and more important role in promoting economic growth. So that culti- vating the industrial undertaking ability is conducive to the the rising of Central and West economy.
