摘 要:高铁安全事故易造成严重的伤亡、巨大的经济损失和不良的社会效应。困难艰险山区高铁作为我国运营风险最高的高铁,其安全管理尤为值得被高度重视。在充分研究国内外铁路安全预警系统的基础上,探讨基于GIS技术海量多源数据存储和可视化发布等优点,结合困难艰险山区高铁实际,建立困难艰险山区高铁安全预警系统。针对系统模糊综合评价模型权重难以确定的问题,引入基于AHP的模糊综合评价法,实现了预警模型与GIS技术的良好耦合。The safety accident on high-speed railway is likely to cause serious casualties, huge economic loss and bad social effects. Besides, on a high-speed railway located in difficult and dangerous mountain area, there is the highest operation risk of all China's high-speed railways, therefore the safety management for it is particularly worthy of attention. In this study, after full investigation of railway safety early-warning systems at home and abroad, the massive multi-source data storage, the visual dissemination and other advantages based on GIS technology were discussed. And then in combination with the actual situation of high-speed railways in difficult and dangerous mountain areas, the safety early-warning system for high-speed railways in difficult and dangerous mountain areas was established in this study. Further on, focusing on the problem that it was hard to determine the model weight of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation of the system, this study introduced a AHP-based fuzzy comprehensive evaluation mathod. As a result, a good coupling between the early-warning model and GIS technology has been achieved.
