摘　　要：介绍了无极县制革废水集中处理厂改扩建工程设计方案。根据制革废水成分复杂、污染物浓度高的特点,提出了"预处理(粗格栅、细格栅沉砂池)+前处理(调节预曝气池、初沉池、水解酸化池)+二级生物处理(两级A0生物反应池、二沉池)"组合式污水处理工艺。该工艺操作灵活、管理方便、适应水量水质变化。The design for Wuji County Tannery Wastewater Centralized Treatment Plant upgrade and expansion project is introduced in this paper. Tannery wastewater has complex composition and high concentration of pollutants,therefore a combined treatment process is proposed that includes pretreatment,primary treatment and secondary biological treatment processes,which is flexible,easy to manage,and adapts to change in water quantity and quality.The pretreatment process includes coarse grid,fine grid and grit chamber,primary process is composed of preaeration adjustment tank,primary sedimentation tank and hydrolysis acidification tank,while the secondary biological treatment process adopts twostage anoxic-oxic bioreactor.
