利用溶血指数(Hemolytic)校正溶血对生化测定项目的影响

摘　　要：目的 :利用 HITACHI- 71 70全自动生化分析仪血清信息功能中的溶血指数校正溶血对生化测定项目的影响。方法 :用溶血引起变化的溶血指数与溶血引起变化的生化测定项目的结果有显著相关的原理校正溶血对生化测定项目的影响。结果 :对 2 0例门诊抽血的病人同时测定溶血前后的 2 8种生化结果和溶血指数 ,发现变化的溶血指数与溶血引起变化的 TP、UA、LDH、α- HBDH显著相关 (相关系数分别为0 .992、- 0 .993、0 .992和 0 .987)。结论 :利用变化的溶血指数可校正易受溶血影响的 TP、UA、LDH。Objective Application hemolytic serum index of Serum index function for correcting interference of hemolysis to serum chemistry tests with HITACHI 7170 Automated analyzer.Methods Useing the principle of correlation of changed hemolytic and changed test results to correcting the interference of hemolysis.Results 20 patients were measured 28 tests before hemolysis and after hemolysis at meantime.A striking relationship was discovered between changed hemolytic and changed results for TP,UA,LDH and α HBDH(r=0 992,-0 993,0 992,0 987).Conclusion Application changed hemolytic serum index can correcting interference from results of hemolysis sample for TP,UA,α HBDH and LDH.
