摘 要:目的 ;研究采用尿液分析仪检测血酮体及其应用。方法 :在 1 994年 1月~ 1 998年 1 2月住院中酮体中毒病人 48例抽血 3ml肝素抗凝 ,离心后取血浆 ,以尿液分析仪作检测为研究组 ,传统方法作对照组 ,同时检测血酮体。结果 :研究组血酮体为 3.62 mmol/L ,明显高于对照组的血酮体 ( 0 .48mmol/L ) ,统计学检验有显著性差异 ( P<0 .0 5)。回收率试验研究方法为 98.8% ,对照方法为 98.9% ,统计学检验无差异。结论 :尿液分析能检测血酮体 。Objective To do research on how to detect ketone with urinary test strips and its application.Methods There were 48 patients with ketone poisoning in ourhospital,from January 1994 to December 1998.3 ml of blood with heparine anticoagulation was picked from each patient and centrifugalized and then the plasma was obtained.The plasma was divided into research group by urinary test strips and into control group with traditional methods.At the same time,ketone was detected.Results The ketone in research group is 3 62 mmol/L,it is much higher than that in control group(0 48 mmol/L).There are significant differences in statistical analysis( P <0 05)。The recovery rate shows the rate in research group is 98 8% and the rate in control group is 98 9%.There are no difference through statistical test.Conclusion The method with which the ketone is detected by urinary test strips is simpl,quick and accurate.
