摘　　要：目的 :观察新型头环石膏固定器在颅底凹陷治疗中应用的临床结果。方法 :用头环石膏固定并在牵引下行手术治疗 8例伴有神经症状的颅底凹陷。结果 :经临床观察和随访 ,治疗效果满意。其中 ,6例获得完全恢复 ,2例明显改善。在应用头环石膏背心固定器过程中 ,无神经损伤加重的病例。结论 :该固定器是颈椎外科中很有效的一种外固定方法 ,具有操作简单、固定牢固和易于调整的优点。适于在颅底凹陷治疗中应用。Objective:To observe the clinical results of new type halo-cast[ixation apparatus in the treatment of basilar invaginaltion.Methods;8 patients of basilar invagination with neurologic symptoms were treated by the halo-cast immobilizatiom and operation in traction.Results:Results o[the treatment were evaluated as satislactory by clinical observation and following-up study.Among them,6 patients with neurologic symptoms showed completely recovery and 2 excellent improved.No patient had neurological deterioration while the halo-cast fixation apparatus were applied.Conclusion:The halo-cast fixation apparatus is a effective method lor external immobilization of the cervical spinal surgery.The advantages of the fixation apparatus are a simple procedure,stable fixation and easy adjustment.The method is suitable in the treatment of basilar invagination.
