摘　　要：核与辐射突发事件的应急医学救援是国家和军队卫勤的重要任务之一,该文从组织指挥体系、法规制度建设、技术装备保障、专业力量建设等方面分析了我国核与辐射突发事件应急医学救援现状,并据此对我国核与辐射突发事件应急医学救援的建设提出几点建议。After nuclear and radiation emergencies,emergency medical support is a significant task for both the country and military medical service.Status quo of nuclear and radiation emergency medical organizations in China is analysed in terms of the organization and command system,construction of laws and regulations,technical equipment support to the building up of expertise,based on which several suggestions are offered to enhance the construction of nuclear and radiation emergency medical support organizations.
