摘　　要：科技情报及科技出版领域亟需针对研究人员(贡献者)的通用开放唯一身份标识系统,开放研究人员及贡献者唯一标识(ORCID)是一个全新的解决方案,它由世界知名科技出版集团为主的非营利组织ORCID Initiative进行开发和推广,有着广阔的应用前景。本文通过公开的各类文献和资料对其理念、实施及关键技术进行了概述,包括ORCID的起源及组织架构、目标和准则、消歧和认证、系统展望等,最后就其推广进行了讨论。ORCID从框架、技术到保障都有着独创之处,值得引进或借鉴。An universal and open Identity system for researcher and contributer is an urgent need in the field of scientific ＆ technical information and and scientific publishing. Open Researcher ＆ Contributor ID （ORCID） is a new solution which was developed and promoted by ORCID Initiative, a non-profit organizations dominated by world-renowned s＆t publishing groups, it has broad application prospects. The paper is an overview of its concept implementation and key technologies based on various open literature, including the origin and the organizational structure of the ORCID, objectives and guidelines, disambiguation and assertion and system outlook.Its promotion is discussed in the end. ORCID bear many unique innovative point from its framework to technology and guarantee, worthy of introduction or reference.
