摘　　要：分析了在转型企业背景下知识转移的特点,甄别影响转移效果的关键因素。通过三份不同的专家问卷分别获得了评价指标、指标关联性及指标重要性判断矩阵等数据。在此基础上,利用ISM方法求解指标间隐藏的间接关联关系。最后根据ANP方法构建了转型企业知识转移评估模型,最终的排序结果揭示了其中的关键影响因素。This paper analyzes the characteristics of knowledge transfer in the context of transformation enterprises, and screens the key factors affecting the process. Then the paper obtains evaluation indica- tors, the relevance data of indicators and the judgment matrix data of indicators by three different expert questionnaires. After that, using ISM method calculates the hidden indirect relevance between the indica- tors. Finally, according to the ANP method to build the assessment model of knowledge transfer in the transformation enterprise, the final sorting reveals the key factors affecting the process.
