摘　　要：针对酒钢集团公司不锈钢中厚板退火炉炉辊结瘤严重而影响产品质量和生产效率的问题,对炉辊结瘤机理进行了分析,认为氧化铁皮是炉辊结瘤的主要原因。为此,将金属炉辊改为纤维辊,根除了钢板表面因炉辊结瘤导致的辊印缺陷。In view of serious annealing furnace roll sow to influence product quality and productivity, the mech- anism of roll sow was analyzed, The iron scale was the mian reason of roll sow. Therefore, the furnace metal roll was changed by fiber roll. The ragging mark defect of plate was eliminated.
