摘　　要：高等院校本科教学质量满意度与忠诚度是教学质量评价的重要依据,其对提高高等院校教学质量和培养创新人才意义重大。基于经典满意度与忠诚度理论,本文构建了由课堂教学质量、实践教学质量、自主学习质量、学生满意度、学生抱怨和学生忠诚度六个结构变量构成的高等院校本科教学质量满意度与忠诚度模型,采用结构方程技术对模型进行了实证检验和分析。The satisfaction and loyalty of undergraduate teaching quality in colleges and universities is an important basis for evaluation of the teaching quality, and it has great significance in improving teaching quality and cultivating innovative talents. Therefore, based on the classic theory of satisfaction and loyalty, this study builds a model of satisfaction and loyalty of undergraduate teaching quality in colleges and universities including six variables such as class teaching quality, practical teaching quality, self studying quality, student satisfaction, student complain and student loyalty.
