摘　　要：档案规范记录对于档案情报价值尤其是凭证价值的确保都具有十分重要的意义。本文分析了国际档案规范记录理论研究成果,并就国际档案规范记录标准化应用———著录规则ISAAR(CPF)及其编码标准EAC-CPF最新进展进行了研究,旨在为我国档案规范记录标准化提出了建议:遵循国际标准,为我国档案规范记录构建标准体系;成立中国档案著录标准委员会及档案规范记录标准专委会,推进专业人才的教育与培训及档案规范记录标准化的研究;由专业人员负责档案规范记录并参考专业工具书,建立我国档案名称规范记录数据库。Archival authority record is very important to guarantee archives＇ informative value and eviden- tial value. On the basis of the development history of international archival community＇s study on archival authority records＇ standardization, this paper analysizes its theoretical research results, including archival authority record＇ concept, its features and purpose, necessity and significance. And the paper studies the newest international applications of archival authority records＇ standardization, including ISAAR （CPF） and EAC-CPF, such as their background, purpose, and description content＇s macrostructure and functions, etc.. Based on the above-mentioned, suggestions for Chinese archival authority records＇ standardization are in- cluding： Following international standards, and building Chinese archival authority records＇ standards sys- tem; Establishing Chinese Committee on Archival Description Standards and its Sub-committee on Archival Authority Records to improve professional talent education and training and related research; fessionals to be responsible for archival authority records Chinese name archival authority records database. 2 figs. 2 archives department in preventing and handling emergencies. Arranging pro- and use professional reference books to build tab. 57 refs.ses, so as to improve the ability of archives department in preventing and handling emergencies.
