摘　　要：Web2.0应用支持创建和管理内容的业务流程,创建了与公众沟通的新方式。NARA利用Blog、Facebook、Flickr、Foursquare、GitHub、……等Web2.0应用将档案信息服务更好地融入了社会。NARA的Web2.0应用启示我们,在当前社交网络空前发展的时代,档案网站是档案信息的网络基地,但不是唯一的与利用者沟通的渠道。我们应该更新信息传播理念,改变信息传递模式,畅通利用者参与渠道,借助外部社会力量推进档案信息和档案意识的传播,从而开拓档案信息网络服务的新局面。Web2.0 applications support business processes that both create and manage content and create a new way of communication with the public. NARA uses the application of Web2.0 such as Blog, Face- book, Flickr, Foursquare, GitHub etc to integrate archives information service better into the society. The Web2.0 applications of NARA tell us that archives website is the network base of archives information but not the only one communication channel with the users in the current social network unprecedented devel- opment era. We should update information propagation idea, change the information transfer model, expand unimpeded channels for participation, with the aid of the external social force to promote the propagation of archives information and archives consciousness mation service in network so as to develop the new situation of the archives infor-
