摘 要:内蒙古某铅锌矿石由于铅锌品位低、锌主要以铁闪锌矿形式存在、铅锌矿物嵌布粒度细且与其他矿物共生密切、含有较多与铁闪锌矿可选性相近的磁黄铁矿而难选。根据矿石性质,采用优先浮铅—铅尾矿弱磁选分离磁黄铁矿—弱磁选尾矿浮锌—锌尾矿浮黄铁矿工艺流程处理该矿石,闭路试验获得了铅品位为42.27%、铅回收率为71.46%的铅精矿,锌品位为44.11%、锌回收率为70.93%的锌精矿及硫品位为34.89%、硫回收率为85.66%的综合硫精矿,从而为该矿石的合理开发利用提供了依据。A lead-zinc ore of Inner Monggia belongs to a refractory ore, because it contains low grade of lead and zinc, among which zinc mainly occurs in marmatite, and lead-zinc minerals is fine embedded and closely associated with other minerals. Also, there are many pyrrhotite which has similar property with marmatite. According to the ore properties, the process of preferential lead flotation-low intensity magnetic separation to separate pyrrhotite from lead tailings-zinc flota- tion from low magnetic tailings-pyrite flotation from zinc tailings was adopted to treat this ore. Through the closed-circuit tests, lead concentrate with Pb grade of 42.27% and Pb recovery rate of 71.46%, zinc concentrate with Zn grade of 44.11% and Zn recovery of 70.93% , and S concentrate with S grade of 34.89% and S recovery of 85.66% were obtained respectively. The test provides a basis for development and utilization of this ore.
