冶山矿区废弃地旅游资源开发条件分析与评价

摘　　要：从景观资源条件方面进行了资源开发条件的分析。引入管理学中SWOT分析模型的概念,从矿山旅游发展的优势、劣势、机遇和挑战4个方面进行了分析和论述。引用旅游学中的旅游资源技术性评价和打分评价相结合的方法对单体旅游资源进行了评价和分级。指出只有不断突破创新,积极发展旅游业,才能实现冶山矿区城镇经济的跨越式发展。The conditions of resouree development are analyzed from the conditions of landscape resom＇ees. SWOT Anal- ysis model from manawment science was introduced to analyze and discuss the mine tourism development from advantage ,dis- advantage ,opportunities and challenges, individual tourism resource was evaluated and classified with the combination of the tourism resource technical evaluation and grading evaluation from tourism science. It is pointed out that only constant innova- lion and atlive development can realize a greal-leap-forward development of the town-economy in Yeshan Mining Area.
