龙血竭胶囊外敷治疗急性放射性湿性皮炎效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨治疗急性放射性湿性皮炎的有效方法。方法将101例急性放射性湿性皮炎患者按住院单双号分为治疗组44例,对照组57例。两组均行常规清创,治疗组将龙血竭粉加入生理盐水调成糊状外敷于皮损区,两层纱布覆盖,每天1次,10 d为1个疗程;对照组联合维生素B12、地塞米松、庆大霉素针剂浸湿纱布轻敷于创面,每天1次,10 d为1个疗程,直到创面愈合。结果完成整个放疗后,治疗组2级以上急性放射性湿性皮炎发生率低于对照组,治愈率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论龙血竭胶囊外敷治疗急性放射性湿性皮炎有较满意的疗效,值得在临床推广应用。Objective To investigate an effective method for the treatment of acute radiative moist dermatitis. Methods According to the hospital number（odd or even） a total of l 01 cases of acute radioactive moist dermatitis were divided into two groups ： the treatment group （n=44） and the control group （n=57）. Both groups underwent cunventional debridement. The treatment group was treated with Longxuejie paste （prepared with Longxuejie powder and normal saline） to lesion aleas with double gauze masks covered ,once daily and 10 days as a course of treatment;in the control group ,gauze masks soaked with vitamin Bj2,dexamethasone and gentamicin were applied to the leison areas ,once daily and 10 days as a course of treatment, until the wound healed. Results After the whole radiotherapy ,the incidence of more than class I of acute radioactive moist dermatitis in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group, and the cure rate was obviously higher than that in the control group. The difference between the two groups had statistical significance （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Longxuejie paste has satisfactory results in the treatment of acute radioactive moist dermatitis, and it is worthy of clincal promotion.
