两种静脉安全留置针临床应用分析

摘　　要：目的观察并比较两种静脉安全留置针在临床应用中一次性穿刺成功率、留置时间和相关并发症发生情况,为临床上对两种留置针的选择提供依据。方法将324例呼吸内科收治并需行留置针穿刺术的患者随机分为两组,其中159例患者采用贝朗公司蝶形安全留置针,为贝朗组;165例患者采用BD公司密闭式防针刺伤Y型留置针,为BD组。记录两组患者行留置针穿刺术一次性穿刺成功率、留置时间和并发症发生率。结果 BD组患者的一次性穿刺成功率显著高于贝朗组(P<0.01),留置时间明显长于贝朗组(P<0.05),而BD组并发症发生率明显低于贝朗组(P<0.01)。结论在实践应用中BD公司密闭式防针刺伤Y型留置针较贝朗公司蝶形安全留置针更有优势,可以作为首选。Objective To observe and compare the one-time success rate of puncture, retention time and relevant com- plications of the two intravenous safety catheter in clinical application,provide reference for the choice of the two methods in clinic. Methods A total of 324 patients admitted to department of respiratory medicine and demanded indwelling needle punc ture were randomly divided into two groups：the Braun group （n= 159） was adopted safety butterfly indwelling needle of Braun Company ; the BD group （n= 165 ） was used Safety Closed I.V. Catheter System of BD Company. The one-time success rate of punc ture,retention time and relevant complications in the two groups were recorded and compared. Results In BD group,the punc ture success rate was obviously higher than that in Braun group （P〈0.01） and the retention time was longer than that in Braun group （P〈0.05）. The complication rate in BD group was significant lower than that in Braun group. Conclusion The BD Safety Closed I.V.Catheter System has an advantage over Introcan Safty I.V. Catheter in clinical application ,so it can be the first choice.
